Every real estate company has a boilerplate statement about how and why they offer the best solutions for clients. The same can't be said for client testimonials. These statements are indicators of service and quality, which is why they've become so popular in helping future customers make decisions about who to choose. It was in the middle of a recession in Calgary, and we weren’t too confident about the state of the real estate market, or how we should approach the process of selling our home. So, prior to selling our house we interviewed three realtors before deciding which one to go with.
